Contacted the shop after a week to see when the item would ship. No response. Sent another message. No response. After opening an Etsy case, was told seller was taking it to the post office and would send me tracking. Instead, I did receive a refund but with no further communication. I was super disappointed because I ordered this as a gift and had to scramble last minute to find something else. It's a shame. I have an item from this shop I received as a gift and it's absolutely wonderful, but I won't be ordering again.

It is a very cute bag but had a mis-cut in the leather that was not mentioned in the listing. I hindsight there was a photo of the area but because of the shine of the metallic leather I was not able to discern what it showed. I contacted the seller back on July 17 to talk before leaving a review but received no reply. That disappointed me more than the flaw.

This came in a timely manner and was just adorable! It was intended as a gift and I was proud to give it to the recipient!

I really wanted one of these custom fabric folders, but the seller didn't respond to my first question until 6 days after my order was placed. After finally receiving a message from her, I promptly responded to her question (within 5 minutes) and I never received a response. It wasn't until I requested a refund (3 days later) that I received a refund notification without any explanation about why there was a lack of communication. Which is quite a disappointment. She appears to do beautiful work. I wished she valued me as a customer. 😔
